Thomas' previous experience of working in management positions across the public, community and voluntary sector, together with his ability to build and develop strong client relationships allows him to be a supportive and critical friend for organisations undertaking evaluation, review and change management exercises.
Thomas is a skilled facilitator and trainer who has worked with organisations in facilitating challenging conversations and undertaking training across partnerships, boards, staff teams and community representatives.
