0131 272 2800Duncan has over 10 year’s project management experience within a range of youth and civil society organisations in the UK and abroad. He has recently returned from the Balkans where he managed the process of transforming a centralised regional community youth work programme into 3 leading national voluntary organisations, employing 40 staff with an annual turnover of €1.5 million. Prior to that Duncan created and managed a capacity building programme to develop the policy and operational capabilities of a network of over 30 diverse voluntary organisations. He has demonstrated his visionary strengths through initiating and leading processes of strategic and operational change in a variety of settings.
