Scott Johnston has been designing and running theatre based training workshops for the past twenty-five years, working across voluntary and statutory sectors and in Europe, the United States and South Africa. He previously ran the largest and most successful youth theatre company in the United Kingdom.
Scott specialises in using Forum Theatre techniques in problem solving and team building and has recently designed a Forum programme for the introduction of staff appraisal in the further education sector.
