Neil has an MBA from Edinburgh University and over 20 years experience in the private sector, both as a consultant and directly employed in retail financial services. He specialises in strategic business reviews and business planning. Neil has helped organisations grow through the launch of new products and has helped them enter into new markets. He has been responsible for implementing significant change projects, with success being achieved through the building of excellent personal relationships, efficient project management and effective management of risk.
His most recent projects include improving an organisation’s risk management through defining its organisational risk appetite, reviewing the use of internal customer data to improve an organisation’s decision making, helping two organisations ensure that their activities are fully compliant with their regulatory environment, and assisting a national voluntary organisation undertake a feasibility study into the development of a social enterprise.
