Lynne Robertson
Associate Consultant
Lynne has worked for over 28 years in the community development field, within the statutory, voluntary and community sector. She has particular expertise in planning services development and creating opportunities for user and carer involvement and engagement. With these sectors she has also undertaken major organisational development, capacity building, and strategic development projects.
In 2003 she became a research mentor with the Scottish Community Action Research Fund which was set up through Communities Scotland and through this has assisted a wide range of groups wishing to carry out their own research projects. Lynne is an experienced Change Manager and has worked with Avanté to provide on-going change support.
