Kate Craik
Independent Evaluator
As part of our quality assurance procedures Kate provides us with an independent client feedback service. Kate has over 20 years experience as a senior manager and consultant in the public sector. She has expertise in venue, staff, project, event and financial management, strategic development, partnership working, research and evaluation, marketing and audience development.
Kate has worked as an associate with several organisations in Scotland, particularly in the cultural and health & wellbeing sectors. In addition she has worked with or alongside the Scottish Government, the Scottish Arts Council, NHS Boards, local authorities, voluntary organisations and community groups and a range of arts and cultural organisations. Kate also undertakes coaching, mentoring and counselling work.
