He has over 20 years experience in delivering service excellence across industry, and wrote Successful Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard which he has used in many situations to improve business service efficiencies, and provide strong return on investment to clients. He works with management using cognitive mapping and strategic planning to help organisations identify areas of improvement and efficiency.
