What we do

Training and needs analyses

Our model for training needs analyses involves:

  • Mapping existing training provision
  • Agreeing and evaluating core competencies
  • Analysis of and recommendations on what level of post requires what level of training
  • Undertaking a gap analysis against required standards
  • Identifying priority training needs

We also identify and produce appropriate training materials, and make recommendations on priorities to inform the development of training strategies.
