Our model for training needs analyses involves:
Mapping existing training provision
Agreeing and evaluating core competencies
Analysis of and recommendations on what level of post requires what level of training
Undertaking a gap analysis against required standards
Identifying priority training needs
We also identify and produce appropriate training materials, and make recommendations on priorities to inform the development of training strategies.
