Performance & Programme Evaluation
Our team has considerable experience in carrying out performance and programme evaluations. We believe in the principals of engaging everyone involved to achieve reliable and considered results which are easily understood and more produce recommendations that will secure buy-in from those affected.
The design of evaluations that we undertake include a mix of both quantitative and qualitative research methods and work with questions that matter to the stakeholders.
We use a mix of tools and approaches to gather, analyse and present information and we work with clients to build confidence to try new methods. The most appropriate methods are selected when the relevant stakeholders and questions are identified.
