Community Engagement Training

We have developed popular and successful training programmes which support those seeking to engage communities. This has spanned a range of professional disciplines, and community groups and well as wide-ranging engagement purpose. Our approach is highly participative and the content builds on the widely endorsed National Standards for Community Engagement; while also drawing on behavioural science and organisational development theories which enable participants to gain insights into how people work together when there are differing agendas, power and purpose.
